Kitchen curtains

My grandma has been helping me sew my kitchen curtains and I am finally done! A seamstress I am not! It took me forever, but I love how cottagey they look. I can't wait to move in and hang them next to my white cabinets, new black faucet and white ceramic sink. Nobody else in the world may like them, but I do. I really am not into "country" decor. I realize they may read that way onscreen. Think more airstream, vintage cottage......They remind me a of a cozy little home with a fireplace, good book and a cup of tea......children running around, gardens full of vegetables and flowers, and Christmas cookies.

PS Thanks for liking my new banner. It was all my husband's skills. Thanks super hubby! Anyone want to come over and paint? Anyone want to go to Europe and paint......maybe after I pop out baby #2, and then weaning him......just dreaming. :o)

Pretty :) I just have generic panels on my windows for now... they were cheap and are getting the job done but I look forward to something more personal when I have more time

Hope you will post a picture of them hanging in your kitchen later. Love the description of all the things you want in your home - sounds like a wonderful place to be!
