Sorry I've been gone so long.....not feeling well.
I think we found a house!!!!! It's brick and it's in a historic neighborhood which I love. It was built in 1941 and has lots of nooks and crannies and character that I really like. The catch? Most of the finishes haven't been updated since it was built, other than the wall to wall pink carpet. *But* some of the original fixtures and hardware are still there.
Now, it just has to go through inspection. We won't buy it if there are terrible things wrong with it.
We forgot our camera on Easter, so as soon as my mom sends me pics, I'll post them. :o)

Can I just say that your home sounds like my idea of a dream home? I hope the inspection goes through fine--and then I can't wait to see pics!

PS--are those flowers from your home in your header? They're beyond beautiful!
Wow that sounds really, really familiar. We had the engineer out today, now we get to negotiate with the seller!
