Canton Flea Market booth continued...

Main goals:
1. Make it bold and eye catching
2. LeeEllen's favorite color is purple
3. She also likes the Shabby Chic look.
Building the ceiling
Henrietta and Sally are yet to don their jewels. Nothing is really staged in these pics.
Two crazy candelabras!
The screened doors will hold jewelry. I actually saved them from an old built-in bookshelf in our house. The dog portrait will more than likely wear a broach and a gorgeous toe ring. The cabinet under that was for darts. I painted it, and Jon attached old knobs we confiscated from the kitchen we tore out. Perfect for hanging necklaces and earrings.
I think the couch fits perfectly! All the pictures are dark.....b/c we were in the dark. They had the lights turned off except for over her booth....and no air conditioning. I have to say, it was so much fun! It's always satisfying to see something come together. I feel very honored that LeeEllen let me help her with this. She has such a nice family! I am so glad she likes it! This next weekend is Canton. I hope she sells a ton.....and I also can't wait to see if my "Silly Turnips" sell!

Man, I wish I could go to Canton this weekend. super jealous. It looks awesome. I found something for you... it is a black candleabra (sp?), I will describe it to you over the phone b/c I don't feel like typing it all out. My neighbors were going to trash it! Maybe you could use it in the booth- or help me fit it into my house somehow.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. :o) If you look on the back wall, the huge round mirror was in the trash! I wonder if trash collectors have really nicely decorated homes?
